I emailed to enquire about Coeliac safety. This is the response:
We cannot guarantee our kitchen nor the food we’re serving is 100% wheat/gluten free.
We do have a gluten free options on our menu, although we don’t recommend people with Coeliac to dine in any restaurants who serve gluten or wheat.
Our gluten free food is prepared freshly on the day (mostly fresh chopped meat or vegetables) and we have a good variety of gluten free sauce the chefs prepared in advance, soya sauce, oyster sauce, satay sauce and we have now added the gluten free curry sauce.
As for the food that required deep frying, we will use fresh oil and separate wok to prevent cross contamination.
The most important part comes in the customer and staff communication. We have one or two waiting staff who has more knowledge about the gluten diets or ingredients used in our food.
