Xiaos' Hibachi and Sushi

Xiaos’ is not consistent or safe. You may end up without anything to eat, if you ask questions or sick, if you don’t, Previously, they would cook food separately and wipe down grill or sushi cutting board surface to help with cross contamination. Tonight chef said they’re too busy and could only cook on community grill where they cook allergen food. When I asked to just prepare me sushi, he refused to even wipe off a cutting board (I also have shellfish allergy). However, had I not asked specific questions, they would have noted the allergy and cooked my food where noodles had been cooked minutes before.
