Review of Xin Bowl Asian Bistro

Staff is knowledgeable about how to make food gluten free. I ordered sushi and ramen. There was some confusion in the kitchen over my ramen order but the waitress caught it before serving it to me. It's probably best to just order standard sushi rolls that already don't have gluten instead of asking for substitutions.
