Decent menu options but vague understanding of my questions about celiac disease options.

Many gluten free options. Delicious meal (El Dorado). Staff very knowledgeable.

Sadly, the corn chips are fried in a shared fryer.

The staff was very knowledgable about the menu. The only item on the special restaurant week menu that had gluten was a dessert. The staff also helped me select food that was dairy and corn free, and modified dishes for me. I highly recommend this place for celiacs
