Had a decent amount of GF options marked on the menu. Went there for dinner with a party of 6. My $20 chipotle salmon (market price) was only warm couldn't taste the chipotle, and salmon was not flavorful. Could barely taste the mango. Not worth it unless you are desperate. Perhaps salads are better?

I avoided the chips because of what others mentioned about cross contamination, but did not verify.

We’ve gone each time we’ve visited Galveston. Lot’s of healthy choices, salads, etc.

I would not trust this restaurant if you have celiac disease. Menu items are marked gluten free but everything is fried in the same fryer. The workers were all young and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. I was extremely bloated and felt terrible after eating here. I do not recommend this restaurant for gluten intolerant individuals.

Had lunch here. No separate GF menu, but GF items are marked and the staff is very knowledgeable about how things are prepared and what the ingredients are. We had a cauliflower crust pizza and mahi mahi tacos. Both were excellent, and neither of us had a reaction. Yaga's, like most of the GF restaurants in Galveston, is located in the historic downtown district, which dates from the 1870s. Recommend it.

They have a handful of items that are marked gluten free but they really don’t seem to know what they are doing. For example, the chips and quest are marked gluten free are fried in the same fryer as all the gluten containing items. I told the server that I had an allergy and he still brought me the chips, but I asked about the fryer before eating them. I had some cross contamination in either my bacon wrapped shrimp or mahi mahi tacos.

Staff was pretty knowledgeable about what was in the food. Menu is labeled which is always a plus. Food was good for its price. I think it was a good value but not top quality. It looked like it was owned by the same people as Blvd seafood which is always good for gf.

We loved this place so much that we came back a second time! The prices were very reasonable and there are many choices. Everything on the menu that is gluten free is indicated next to it. I had shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas the first time, and the chipotle cinnamon salmon the second. We also had the chips and queso...which were amazing. I just wish that the potato options were gluten free, as they looked delicious, and a gluten free bun for the burgers would be a nice option as well.

Delicious food, almost half the menu is gluten free and they are happy to customize options to sit you and your needs. Staff is very knowledgeable about their GF prep and menu items.

I was unsure at first but they have several GF options marked on their menu. I told the server about my needs and she assured me I would be OK. I had the strawberry cider salad with grilled shrimp on the side. I used my Nima to test the salad and shrimp. I got all smiles that it was safe to eat. I ate every last bit it was so good.

We ate here, but were sick immediately. I had the grilled fish tacos and my kids had a rice bowl. We all got sick even after talking with the waitress.

Lovely staff and delicious food. The tortilla soup was so good I went back for the bowl. Greek salad was also delicious.

There were so many options and everything tasted delicious. I was able to get an appetizer, a main dish, and dessert!!! This place is great!!!
