This is a Korean BBQ place and while I normally stay away in the US it was very easy to avoid soy sauce/gluten. It seems to be a family run establishment and I mostly communicated via Google translate but I was able to confirm which meats and vegetables had no soy sauce, and each grill plate is brand new so it’s safe. I had a very filling meal of different steak cuts, shrimp, rice, mushrooms, garlic, and more. I brought my own soy sauce packets tooo.
