Yakiniku Yaruki Kawaramachi

Yum. You get a fresh grill grate and they will swap it out anytime during the course of your meal. I would bring a celiac card (and they were aware of gluten issue), and download Google translate so that you can navigate the electronic ordering system, but there are plenty of plain meat options with no marinade on them and they were all delicious. I brought my own tamari and sriracha packets for a dipping sauce, but felt very safe with the meats, garlic, and plain white rice. Delicious.

Food was sooo good. I did eat in a large group and so it was a possibility of cross contamination. But other wise the service what great. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly suggest the beef, as it’s my favorite.

English menu was super hard to follow along with, waiter did not speak much English. I am sensitive not allergic, I think if I was celiac this would be an incredibly difficult experience.

Pick from salt seasoned steak menu and you grill yourself on your own small grill. They change the grills for each person so no concern for cross contamination. The rice does have wheat in it though so don’t have that. I also had some cabbage with no dressing. Meat was delicious!
