Delicious café with tasty whole food lunches like tuna tataki. Worth spending some time here for the beautiful ambience - knitted tea cozies and wood tables. Can get crowded at lunch rush.

Family owned Japanese cafe/restaurant. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free with some exceptions. I had the Breakfast Set with Black Cod and omg it was incredible! The entire breakfast set is GF by default. They use Tamari here instead of regular soy sauce. I think all of the dessert is GF too, or at least most of it is (I didn't try any though). Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and confirmed there was no cross contact with anything like panko, soy sauce, wheat, etc. I'm symptomatic Celiac and didn't have a reaction. Such a lovely spot, I'm so glad I can enjoy this gem of a cafe.
