Unfortunately these folks don't actually know what gluten is. After being here about 10 times & being told otherwise, today I was told the spicy sauce is actually not gf. Neither is the (delicious) cucumber appetizer they give you at the beginning. I had our server confirm with the back of the house what was safe after telling me "only the vegetable rolls & California roll are gluten free". I told her California rolls have Kani and are NOT gf.
On the plus size, the lay have gf soy sauce and the food itself is good for baltimore sushi.
Summary: Good for ppl w/ gluten intolerance or who don't need to medically abstain for gluten. Not good for celiac folks.

Whenever I tell them about my allergies, they are VERY VERY accommodating. I have never had a single issue. Ask for no special sauce and no cruchies, as well as the gluten free soy sauce.

Notes
Has wheat-free soy sauce, and if you ask for "not crunchies", can make most of the sushi rolls without the tempura flakes. Very accommodating!
