Yamato Sushi Steak House of Henderson

After reading the reviews here, I went confident I could eat here. The server and manager were not clear on celiac disease and said she could only provide gluten free soy sauce, she did not know whether the actual food was gluten free. This is not a place for celiacs, but if you're just mildly sensitive to gluten, it's probably okay.

No dedicated menu but were very accommodating and friendly. Used no soy sauce and cleaned grilled upon my request. Took a little longer but was very pleased.
