Delicious sushi with lots of options! Be sure to bring your own soy sauce for dipping if you like (all their sauces/spicy Mayo are based in wheat unfortunately) and steer clear of the tempura/fried rolls of course. Other than that, this establishment has a wide variety of gluten-free rolls (including gluten-free artificial crab!), and can accommodate gluten-free habachi. Be sure to specify your allergy ahead of time so they can clean the kitchen for you! Great service with knowledgeable staff!
