I have celiac and I’m highly sensitive! This is my favorite sandwich shop in FoCo. I’ve had it at least 15 times and have never had a bad reaction. The people who prep the food are knowledgeable about celiac and can answer q’s if needed. The gf bread is good! I always order the Tuna Sandwich on GF bread! I get a bag of potato chips to go with it. Really tasty food! It’s always been SAFE and YUMMY for me. Hope this review helps you! It’s local and it’s in old town.
