We always bring in our own soy sauce/tamari bottle when we visit, and we always done at the TepanYaki tables. We tell the chef when he comes out that we only want him to use our bottle. Done like this we've never had any problems.
Not many options and staff not helpful at all. If you have a major sensitivity don't go here.
Waitress wasn't super knowledgeable, but more than willing to help out and ask the chefs for more info. She made sure all sauces were on the side and gave some advice on sushi choices. Don't get the ponzu sauce and give them a chance to help.
Waitresses were rude when asked about gluten. Had to ask twice for gluten free soy sauce (which I've had here before) Waitress was screwing the cap on when bringing it to the table and needless to say I got very sick.... Bad service and don't trust the waitresses. I will not be going back.... NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS

waited till 5 pm opening, not gf friendly, not alot of selection for gf sushi. left with out eating since the waiter informed me they didn't cater to wheat or gluten free.
Bring your own GF soy sauce and you can dine GF at the teppan yaki tables...
Terrible for Celiacs, but good for non gf ppl lol. Asked for gf soy and they put it in a regular soy sauce bottle and put a label on it that says Gluten Free.
