Starting with the good: the food was tasty, staff knowledgeable and helpful, and they even have a gluten sensitive menu.
Why three stars? For starters, the GF items are what I'd consider "low effort". Yes, a salad is gluten free. A hamburger patty wrapped in lettuce is gluten free. A corn-shelled taco is gluten free. Anything fried (like tortilla chips) are fried in a shared fryer. It appears that they don't go out of their way to have actual gluten-free items though. Not even a gluten free pizza crust, which most places order frozen in bulk anyways.
My point is that, if you're in Seattle, I think there are so many better ways you can enjoy gluten free food from places that will go out of their way to keep gluten-free items in stock.
