Since the menu does not provide any information about which fried chicken is glufree, we asked the waitress. She claimed almost all the main dishes except for one were good for me, so we ordered four of the “good ones”. When she brought out the food, she announced three of the dishes to not be glufree after all. No apology, no offer to take it back, no discount. Just “fyi this is not glufree” and left. I wrote an e-mail later to suggest setting up a menu with allergy information so customers don’t have to rely on the information given by their staff, which cleary is uninformed, and asked what kind of flour they used for their apprent glufree dishes because I got quite suspicious. It’s been two weeks, still waiting for an answer. Can’t believe this. Too bad, I really like chichen wings and their other restaurants are great.
