I will definitely be back! We ordered soup, pad Thai, and the pad kimao. When the server brought out the pad kimao, it was not the usual flat noodle, they were thinner rice noodles. She said that the larger flat noodle is sometimes contaminated with wheat, and she didn’t want to take a chance. I found that very impressive! My husband, who does not have celiac, was really looking forward to the flat noodles, so she actually remade the dish and brought him out his own order and didn’t charge us for it. The restaurant itself is an interesting building, and the food is very good.
