I contacted them by email before coming, they seem to know celiac disease. But in the restaurant, the staff didn't know gluten-free diet and how to avoid contaminations. Some of tacos are not GF and you order by computer, so you can't tell its for a celiac.

The tacos are made with corn tortillas and the menu shows which thing are gluten-free. I felt very safe. Authentic Tex-Mex taste. Will eat here again.
