We went at lunch. The staff person working was super upfront that they cannot prevent cross contamination because of the shared work spaces and ovens but they would do their best. We took a chance, and my son has been having a gluten-reaction all day.

When I saw posted below that yia yias had gf ovens I was super excited but in disbelief so I baked to check.

Here's eat I found out: South locations admittedly bakes regular bread in the "GF" ovens EVERY morning.

The Downtown location says they have an oven offer for GF pizza but "when it's busy like in the weekends they will use for regular pizza if there is a rush.

I was pretty disappointed in hearing all this but happy the employees were honest about the process and they never once in the phone to me claimed it was "dedicated GF".

So beware and be cautious...
