So, I've eaten at this restaurant for more than 20 years and love it, unfortunately I discovered I have celiac three years ago. If it hadn't been for the pandemic and my being unsure where to eat, I would have gone back sooner. Luckily, after my husband was craving their food, I decided to call up and ask questions about what they could do to serve a celiac. I was ready to be heartbroken, but miraculously the gentleman on the phone knew all I needed to eat there and be safe. He told me that each dish is always cooked in it's own pan, and that a good bit of dishes are already automatically gluten free. So, I used their on-line ordering...I ordered my old time favorite, that was already gluten free..Chow Fun with shrimp. There is a box that comes up where you can put in special requests. I just mentioned to please be safe with my food because I can't eat wheat. My husband picked up our dishes. They were in the same brown bag (my husband had General Tso chicken, not gluten free) but inside they were in there own tightly closed container. There were even packets of gluten free soy sauce. That was a very nice touch. I had my husband read me my fortune cookie, full of gluten, but individually wrapped. Delicious meal, even had leftovers. Love that I can visit an old favorite!!
