Yo-Kai Express

Hard to find ahead of time, but great little gem tucked in the MSP Airport food area. Look for a white self-serve food kiosk/Japanese vending machine. Pre-packaged and cooked right in front of you!

I had the teriyaki chicken and did not get sick. Machine touch screen listed ingredients (though did not make any specific claims about GF status.) Website doesn't list this dish, nor lists this location of the machine, but it's there as of March 2024. Highly recommend for a quick meal, plus it's one that doesn't taste like fast food, which is hard to find when traveling!
