All naturally gf ingredients, with the exception of one cookie that I don’t think was made onsite. The rice bowl was absolutely delicious—I added pickled egg and avocado to mine—and they have a fun selection of wines that go perfectly with the healthy and fresh food.

a hidden gem :) limited hours but worth it when the time is right. dishes are centered around seasonal tamales and are generally naturally gf, and staff/owners are very knowledgeable about their seasonal/rotating ingredients with gluten.
