Yokohama | Ramen Joint

If you’re expecting typical “ramen noodles” you may be disappointed, I would liken the gf noodles closer to a Lo Mein texture kind of but still very good. The staff was very accommodating to my allergy, they even asked about soy sauce so you can have them make your ramen without soy sauce. And when the food was ready the owner was the one that brought out my bowl and assured me it was gluten free and safe for me to eat! I will be back!

I was given a “gluten free” meal that was covered with friend onions. I’m sure more than that was gluten filled. The waitress was super sweet, but the guys in the kitchen were total jerks. Said to just take it out...🤬

Lots of options! I was able to get the Spicy Garlic Miso with GF noodles. Unfortunately the pork belly and egg are off limits due to soy sauce, but I subbed shrimp and it was still amazing. Used to eat here all the time before my diagnosis, relieved that I still can enjoy this wonderful food!
