Went here for breakfast and brought my celiac daughter. No GF menu but they had several options for her. They do have GF bread but toasted in same toaster. She had an omelet cooked separate with home fries that were GF. Not a lot of options but worked for her and had no issues after.

Our waitress, Jenna, was super knowledgeable and made sure to tell us anything that could be made gluten free. I had the French toast and it was soooo good!

They did make me aware of potential cross contamination.

We had a hard time finding a breakfast spot in Ft Worth so it was nice that this restaurant was welcoming and said they could help me out / make the food gf. Their menu is marked with gluten friendly options and the waiter seemed helpful. I didn’t really know what they were doing in the back but I figure there was some contact contamination likely occurring. I did not feel sick after eating there however. I usually stay away from gluten-free bread and pancakes just because I don’t trust how they’re cooked. I got a scramble and potatoes and asked it to be cooked in a separate pan. Everything tasted good.

This is a great location with outdoor seating. There is no information about gluten free on the website or the menu. Upon asking, I learned that the omelets, potatoes, and grits are gluten free, and they have GF pancakes. There may be other GF items - these were the ones I asked about. I felt well after eating. However, I would not recommend the restaurant. The food was very bland, as were the chai latte and even the coffee. Even my east-to-please husband barely touched his plate.
