Yonder Escalante has a good truck that is opened a few days a week. For dinner I asked if they could make me a burger and accommodate my ‘allergy’ - they told me they had GF bread and would use one of the non stick egg pans to make my burger/toast GF bread. I declined the bread just to have less hassle, and had the burger bunless with pickles and onions. I tested all of that with my Nima Sensor and it was GF, I was pleasantly surprised in this very small town to be accommodated at 2 places, I also never got sick and the burger was good pretty good. I believe they could have accommodated breakfast as well but we went into town.
