Review of York Steak House

Called ahead and person I talked to didn't even know what gluten was. When I explained he said nope we have all that. Ended up going. Told them we had allergy (my daughter and I are both celiac) so they made sure roll was not on plate. We got pork chops... Didn't have a reaction but no one had a clue what gluten was . So it was safe but place is not educated
