Not safe. On the menu it says "please inform us of any food allergies real or imaginary" which gives you an idea how seriously they take it... Also "any request to modify our food is politely declined". So I called. The person I spoke to was courteous and honest. But not helpful. They said the server would go over the items on the menu that do not contain gluten. I asked if there would be any safety measures taken during preparation, and they said "dine at your own risk". I chose not to...
