Upon arrival, I asked the line attendant what the procedure was for gluten-free pizzas, as it is similar to a Moe’s or Subway assembly line. She asked how severe my allergy was and I told her I had Celiac and it would make me very ill if I was cross-contaminated. She then told me she would change gloves, and assemble it in a dedicated area in the back. The price was way better than most GF pizza options in town and the crust was so soft with a decent crust! I was happily surprised and will be back!
