Review of Your Pie Pizza

I ordered the cauliflower crust gluten-free pizza. They have a rice based crust also. The server made my pizza in the back all from fresh ingredients. They cook it in an aluminum pie pan. They used a circular cutter that had never touched bread to cut my pizza in the aluminum pie pan. They put the pie pan in a to go box for me. To be honest it was so good I came back today to get another round of the same pizza. I very rarely eat pizza but this was an outstanding place, great service, very very clean and the workers understood what a Celiac is. I highly recommend Your Pizza Birmingham Alabama
