I was concerned when I walked in because there was pizza dough and flour everywhere. But they do offer a gluten free pizza dough and state on their website that they are happy to serve those with allergies. I told them I have a gluten allergy and asked them what their protocols are. He said they make the gf pizza in the back, using fresh ingredients. They put my pizza in the oven inside a pan so it wasn’t contacting the oven floor. I wasn’t sure what the dough was made of so I ordered the basil pesto sauce so the flavor would be strong enough to cover any off taste the dough could have. I think the dough was a cauliflower base. Overall it was pretty good. I’d go there again even just for the safety factor.
