Gluten free items marked on the menu. You can build your own noodle pot. There were rice noodles or rice to chose from. Your choice of three sauces, I had paprika sauce it was sweet and delicious. The pans used are clean each time, so are the utensils. All the sauces are labelled in different bottles.
