Yume has gluten free items specifically marked and the servers are always very careful. I always get the Philly maki and Yume Shiso Maki and I’ve never had a problem.
Waitress was very knowledgeable and wrote gluten free on the ticket, in the system, and walked back and told the chefs to wash their hands and change their gloves. Gluten free items are marked on the menu, there are plenty of options. I am celiac so cross contamination. Had an amazing sushi meal and did not get sick.
They have quite a few gluten free options on the menu, and when I ordered for takeout, they confirmed gluten free with me 3 times so I felt very confident that my meal was prepared safely!
Our server was very knowledgeable and accommodating. When I asked about modifying a dish to be gf, he quickly went to to check with the chef and confirmed they could modify.They will make sushi rice with gluten-free vinegar upon request, as well as sub any wheat noodles with rice noodles. They also have gf soy sauce.Their menu very clearly labels which items are gluten-free. There are a lot of gf options!
