Eat the lemongrass tempeh at your own risk, they fry it in the same oil as the wontons(not gf). When I asked I was told the chef said the tempeh is coated in cornstarch so it is gf clearly they do not understand cross contamination in the fryer. When I tried to explain I got an attitude and a comment that people eat it all the time and never get sick. They have tons of stuff all over about gf but don't understand basic cross contamination.
