So yummy. People were knowledgeable about gluten and happy to accommodate! Understood celiac and happily remade my drink when it accidentally came out with cookie crumbs on it. I had an amazing salmon poke bowl and there were plenty of non-tempura options as long as you as specify and vocalize the allergy. Overall an amazing experience with really nice staff and a delicious meal, highly recommend!
