Not sure what about dedicated fryers and such, but I’ve never had issues here when eating. Since day one of being gf, they have been aware of what I can/cannot eat and have explicitly told me so if I ask about a certain menu option. Even when I eat with my family, they are so careful about the cross contamination and make me feel so safe and heard here.
I am a regular and have been since they opened and the staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. This is my safe food and safe place and do recommend it. I’m sure they can’t 100% guarantee anything but they try and it shows. I would just recommend asking for certain accommodations if needed and definitely communicating if you have a gluten sensitivity/celiacs.
