I ordered cupcakes for a birthday at my work. I checked this app, called and spoke to someone about needing my gluten free item packaged separately, and they said that wouldn't be a problem. It was a problem and the person who picked up the cupcakes was told that I "should have specified that I needed separate packaging." The items were all packaged in the same box.

They have a very odd menu that frequently rotates. It's so confusing that the employee I ordered from wasn't sure what I was ordering would be available on the day I requested it. Seems unnecessary. We get the items but I can't eat mine because of cross contact. It turns out that didn't matter. If it had been packaged separately, I would not have been able to consume the item, it was too hard. So hard, in fact, that I knocked it into the wall while on the phone with them and it kept it's shape. When I told them they sold me an inedible item I was told that "some people like it like that" and I need to come back to try their other GF items, which supposedly better represent their bakery. They aren't in my neighborhood nor are they on the way to most of my destinations. I will absolutely go out of my way to get safe and delicious food but there is no way I'm going out of my way to give a business a second chance, especially after a bad customer service experience. Save your money and skip this place.
