We did the all you can eat Korean BBQ. Apparently if you call a day in advance they will pre-marinate some meats in gf marinade. I did not call in advance so I could only have unmarinated meats which were the sliced brisket and pork belly. Dips for both were gf. All the kimichi options are gf (cabbage, cucumber and radish) and bean sprouts. They understand what gluten is and where it is. They modified the rainbow roll for no fake crab and provided tamari for dipping.
