This is the best meal I have had in Hawaii. The staff and food were INCREDIBLE! Knew all about celiac, totally willing to bend over backwards. Had the: avocado salad, kombu salad, sushi and lotus root. It's so good i am going back tomorrow.

Knowledgable staff asks chefs if they have any concern about there being gluten in something that is ordered. They serve almost everything on the menu with gf tamari
