Review of Z Bistro

We live in Carson and have a very short list of places we will eat with some consistent food quality and staff gluten knowledge. The Z Bistro is one of those. The food here is consistent and very good. Tina and Gilles will work to make your gluten free outing memorable (in a good way). Can’t make too many specific recommendations as the menu changes week by week but the fries are a constant and are safe (dedicated fryer) and you will find many wonderful gluten free options. Recommended restaurant.
