I have Celiac disease. Every time I get a pizza I explain about cross contamination. I have been to many Za Pizza Bistro's and only a few will make me pizza, the other ones will not give me toppings that are not contaminated. I went to the Bistro on Main st. Last night. I have been there many times I ordered cauliflower crust with pepperoni and pineapple. They skimmed on the cheese so I asked for more on . they put the crust in the oven with no paper then they put the paper under it and back in the oven. paid my bill was 55.97 for 3 pizza's . I asked for my receipt they said no you get it with the pizza's . I get my pizza's and receipt they charged me for extra cheese which comes out to a create a pizza plus crust 18.99 . I would have known that if they gave me the receipt I would have gotten more toppings. I asked about it they said I was being charged for extra cheese.

Good pizza. Not the best crust I have had but decent. They took excellent care in preparing safety. We would go there again.

Pizza was delicious! And a good price as well.I went knowing they offered gluten free options. As soon as I asked for a gluten free pizza they asked if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they dedicated one person to my pizza. he first explained that they can't guarantee 100% gluten-free but they do take care and extra precautions. I asked for the cream sauce and he informed me right away that it had flour to thicken it. he was very knowlegable about gluten and I felt taken care of.
