Review of Za Pizza Bistro

I am ultra weary of eating any pizza I did not make myself, but I felt super comfortable here! The pizza was also delicious. It is made from fresh dough. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me as a Celiac and the guy on the phone said “Yes, just let us know it is serious and we will take all the precautions.” The pizza was made right in front of me so I was able to remind staff to change gloves, wipe surfaces, etc. Ask for fresh ingredients from fresh containers, not ingredients from the line. Also ask for them to cut it with a clean pizza cutter.

Yes
