Really aware of difference between gluten free by need vs by choice. Changed all gloves. Has separate sauces for gf pizzas. Got different pizza cutter. Honestly a really good crust and not that crazy expensive. Will be back

GF crust made in-house, *all* the toppings are GF except for one, the staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies, changed gloves, and made mine before the rest of my gluteny family's pies. :) Super casual and fun. Limited indoor seating, some seating outside.

Very knowledgeable staff, had special pans to cook my pizza on. Employees changed gloves, and got new utensils. AND pizza was delicious!

Best gluten free pizza in Charlotte and at a much better price than the others in town. Made to order, personal pizzas, are large enough to share. They change gloves, use separate utensils and have a separate fridge for all their gf sauces.
