Review of Zach's Bistro

I FOUND THE FOOD HERE AMAZING! I had a pasta dish and had to have the waitress re-question the chef regarding its being gf because it tasted exactly like regular pasta. even my husband couldnt taste a difference. the chef himself came out and told us they use minninis pasta which is completely gluten free. they use it for ANYONE who orders a pasta dish. not just gf! thats how good it is!! IF YOU HAVE CELIAC AND ARE IN SEARCH OF GOOD FOOD....GO TO ZACHS! YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!
