Zagros Cafe

Cute little cafe with gluten free bread available. When ordering I told them I was celiac and that I had a gluten allergy. The front staff made a note and told the kitchen staff to use separate knives and wipe down the surfaces, which was fantastic to avoid cross contamination!! The bread was also very tasty (I think maybe the Schär gf bread). Highly recommend and knowledgeable about cross contamination
