During our stay in Kraków we Made multiple visits to this dedicated gluten-free bakery. They offer many dairy-free options too. The ingredients for each dessert are listed in Polish and English. Staff was very helpful. The bread was delicious; held up perfectly for the sandwiches we made for our excursions. Buckwheat seems to be the popular wheat substitute. The pizza with vegan cheese was also delicious; the crust was delicate, almost like a quiche.
