On the menu you can clearly see which dishes contains gluten. But if you talk with the waiter they will tell which dish they can make GF. Overall there is a couple of choices for sushi/Maki and of course sashimi. They also have GF soy sauce which is not marked on the menu. Only one main course could have been made GF. I would still be careful if you can’t tollerare cross contamination
