Review of Zama Mexican Cuisine

This place has been hit and miss for me. If I go when it’s off hours and talk to a manager they have options. I have left without eating when it’s busy or get someone that isn’t knowledgeable. I have learned that the enchiladas verde are naturally gluten free with no changes. Most tacos can be made gf, but you need a good server or manager.
