Gluten Free options with knowledge of cross-contamination. Almost everything is gluten free (save for wheat tortillas and the bbq sauce). Wheat tortillas can be substituted with GF for the burritos for a fee. Staff changed gloves and warmed up the tortilla between fresh baking paper sheets. Food is made to order in front of you so you can monitor every step of the process.
