Zand’s is the best hole in a wall restaurant in Bryan, TX. The owner ensures no gluten contact for his dishes upon request except for the pita, baklava, and gyro. The platters consist of rice, a garlic sauce side salad, and kebabs.

Delicious Persian food with many options including chicken, beef or lamb kubideh with rice, lettuce, and yogurt based sauce. Owner is always out saying hello to everyone and is very friendly. Food is completely gluten free except for the gyros, pitas, and baklava.
