This is a high end restaurant that focuses on not only food quality but also presentation. The restaurant had a club feel and they even had a live DJ. Many items on the menu were labeled GF and they also had GF pasta. Sadly no GF bread.
We started off with truffle steak tartar which was mixed before us with fresh black truffles. Wow, this was the best steak tartar I have ever eaten. We also had a caccio pepe salad which was also good.
For the main course my wife had oso buco pasta which she loved and I got the Branzino. The fish came covered in a this pad of salt and was flaming. It was prepare and deboned in front of me.
Lastly, we had the Zanti Sphere. The was a giant hollow sphere of chocolate the size of a grapefruit. Inside was a small chocolate cake and vanilla gelato. Warm chocolate sauce was used to melt the sphere revealing the cake and ice cream inside. It was like watching an egg hatch. It was unbelievable.
The restaurant is expensive but worth it.
