My husband and I noticed a good amount of gluten free options when dining here previously and took our sensitive celiac son for sushi. Just to be careful he tested it with a Nima and it was indeed gluten free. He had a delicious dinner with Philadelphia rolls, Hamachi rolls, nigiri, and edamame. They also had GF tamari soy sauce. The fancier rolls aren't GF, but they had a decent selection of ones that are. The server was fantastic and food was delicious. We had them put my sons rolls on a separate plate. Also, for anyone with a peanut allergy, they don't have any peanuts in the restaurant.
